HGF was looking for a business-changing digital solution to match its ambitions for growth. It sought out a visually-striking website that would differentiate it from the rest of the market.
Working with HGF’s brand partner Lee Goater, our studio developed a modern, responsive platform with a fresh, sector-leading design that, since launch, has seen monthly traffic double and conversions increase significantly.
Our studio acted as creative lead in developing the new front-end development strategy for one of the most popular e-commerce sites in the UK, Matalan.co.uk.
Working with Matalan’s in-house UX team, we developed solutions to retain and improve the site’s conversion rate and user experience, taking into account the restrictions of existing tech. New, clean site-wide designs were also produced in collaboration with the UX team to accompany the front-end development strategy.
We teamed up with Matalan to help the brand develop its new furniture website, Matalan Direct. Our studio led internal teams to develop a brand for the new proposition, as well as a look and feel for the new website supported by thorough user journeys and appropriate technology recommendations.
Children’s bedroom furniture supplier Room to Grow asked us to help develop both its brand and its relationship with its audience, using our experience and creativity to offer something different to previous digital campaigns.
With the help of animation studio Hungry Sandwich Club, we created a series of downloadable, printable vinyl wall stickers, perfect to adorn the walls of any child’s bedroom. We produced everything from the original illustrative look and feel to the supporting web page and the assets proved to be a great success for the brand, driving press coverage and audience engagement.
We worked with gaming comparison site Casino Reviews to produce an interactive experience detailing the biggest heists to ever take place on UK soil.
Our studio developed the original concept featuring an innovative photography style using classic railway models and diecast cars. Every element of this project was carried out in-house, from concept to photography, through to interface design and front-end development.
New York Times-bestselling author Reif Larsen came to us to create an interactive adventure to complement the release of his second novel, I Am Radar.
Working closely with Reif, Gaz and the team developed a micro story built around the themes of the novel. Mixing audio, gaming, illustration and interactions. The finished work used immersive visual storytelling to allow users to explore the motifs and moods presented in the novel in an original and compelling fashion.
Leeds Empty Homes, an organisation committed bringing long-term vacant properties back into use, asked us to help tell the story of how social enterprises Latch, Canopy and Gipsil had restored 46 empty properties since 2012.
We produced illustrations and a storyboard for the resulting video in-house before teaming up once more with motion graphics studio Hungry Sandwich Club to bring our ideas to life.
